Q: Shipping

  • Most items ship for free in Canada and the U.S.A.
  • Special order items may have special order fees
  • Remote regions may have shipping added, you will be notified before shipping your items
  • Oversized items will be quoted per order
  • All parts are fully insured at no extra cost
  • Lost or damaged goods must be reported by the next business day, you have the right to refuse damaged goods.

Q: Orders

All orders are processed as they come in during normal business hours 8am-5pm EST, Once processed items ship the following business day. Special order items range in 2-3 weeks and normally ship directly from the manufacturer.

Orders totaling over 3000.00 may be subject to being emailed in for fraud reasons(use the interac method), Once received you will have an invoice sent to you which you can pay by clicking on it or we can send a PayPal invoice.E-Tranfer orders have no limit but are subject to your bank and limits.

Any order is subject to fraud approval/inspection, orders with contact attempted but not made with-in 48 hours will be canceled.

Orders shipped direct may not eligible for our return policy/orders shipped across the border. we make every attempt to broker these items. in the event you are charged with brokerage we will refund you and you will be contacted before the item(s) ship

All orders are subject to approval and may be called to verify, Orders that can't be verified will be canceled

Q: Core Policy

All cores will be charged during checkout or by the next business day, once you receive your order you will have 30 days to return the core to the manufacturer.

If an RMA is required we will provide you all necessary documents, Failure to follow these instructions may delay, hold up or have your core returned.

Each manufacturer has different policies and rules, we are here to help if have questions or need with shipping rates or LTL items.

Q: Returns

  • New items are returnable, Simply submit for an RMA (return merchandise authorization)
  • Items installed or used may not be returned, unless defective
  • *Special order parts are not returnable but carry full warranty*
  • *Installed parts can not be returned*
  • **All new Parts are returnable up to 365+1/4 days after original sale date, lift kits and large items shipped from manufacturer are not unless damaged or shipping error**
  • *All returned parts are subject to inspection before refund*
  • Refunds are normally processed within 48 hours, upon receiving 
  • Electronics are not returnable unless defective (for exchange) and or shipping/picking/catalog error
  • Mounted wheels are not returnable unless defective 
  • In the event of a picking or catalog error, we will pick up and ship at our expense
  • Need help with shipping, we can gladly get you a shipping label and deduct off your refund (we don't pay return shipping unless authorized)
  • In the event, a wrong part was shipped it an RMA must be submitted within 5 business days must be in a new resellable condition in the original packing. Once approved we will send a shipping label and exchange or refund. No exceptions will be made if the part is not new and in resellable condition.
  • Defective items will have prepaid freight for the term of the manufactures warranty
  • Itmes shipped across the border will be fully brokered and will not cost you at your door, in the event of a broker error we will reimburse you for any fees. simply email us a scan copy info@ffcustoms.com
